Achieving wide and deep buy-in to strategy is typically one of the biggest predictors of success.  Recognising this, we have successfully helped our clients engage large groups in strategy development.  For example, we have designed and delivered a strategy development kick-off event for an international 50 strong senior leadership team.  This event successfully aligned the team behind a strategic framework and identified roles and responsibilities for its development and activation.
