Our approach  doesn’t only provide leaders with models and frameworks for dealing with these and other challenges.  Critically, we give leaders a deep awareness of their personal style and preferences and of the powerful effect on performance achieved through positive leadership behaviours.

 

Where organisations use a Leadership Competency Framework  to anchor leadership expectation, development and evaluation, we are adept at tailoring our content and approach to the organisation’s framework.  Where there is no framework in place, we work with clients to ensure that our content fits with their norms.   If clients identify a need, we can help them design and implement a leadership competency framework appropriate to their unique circumstances.
