Philippa is a leadership development consultant, facilitator, mentor and advisor with more than 30 years’ commercial and consulting experience. Her career has spanned senior roles in marketing, executive search and talent advisory, giving her a strong commercial and people perspective on leadership.

Today, Philippa works with leaders and organisations to build confidence, judgement and impact through practical leadership development, facilitation and mentoring. She has a particular interest in inclusive leadership and creating the conditions in which different people can contribute, develop and succeed.
