Adrian Wheatley is a Senior Consultant with OPDC.  His experience comes from a career spent in Human Resources and Learning & Development roles across a variety of industry sectors and organisations.  He has worked with senior leaders as HR manager/business partner, coach and facilitator in strategic, operational and international contexts.

He is able to work with both individuals and teams by building effective relationships quickly and focusing on delivery of what is important. He has an open and straight-forward style, preferring to use simple language wherever possible.

He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, holds an MA in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Management Coaching & Mentoring

Adrian likes to divide his social time between sailing and time in Spain where he has family.
