Our work in the Public Sector is ever more frequently used to solve similar "business issues" within the Private Sector.

Although the approach and techniques that we use for Public Sector work may be similar to those which we employ with our Private Sector clients, we are not only aware of but also sensitive to the rich diversity and cultural differences that are a constant feature of Public Sector life.

This is a reflection of the fact that a number of our senior staff joined OPDC from the Public Sector and brought with them a wealth of experience.

As a consequence of this our Public Sector clients have invariably found OPDC's approach to be very much on their cultural wavelength and are often delighted by our ability to deal safely with large, complex, political organisations.
