I come from a background in modern languages, which was followed by a professional qualification in Housing and a stint as a
university lecturer, I have been a consultant and trainer with OPDC since 1994. Working with individuals and teams, I have
developed and provided training for numerous organisations in both the public and private sectors and undertaken strategy
development and implementation.
My areas of interest focus on the integration of strategic planning and
implementation with values-driven management, the development of people within organisations and the development of
