Peter Coxon

I have been a chartered organisational development and educational psychologist in the public and private sectors since 1980. I have a life long passion for the development of human talent and potential at individual and organisational levels. I provide a pragmatic and humanistic approach to developing leadership.

I major on the personal skills of managing ourselves and leading and influencing others in order to bring about personal development and organisational improvements.

I have designed and run a range of management and team development programmes, including:

• Consulting to ICI and coaching the VP through a Business Improvement programme designed to create double digit growth
• Consulting to The Environment Agency on a Nationwide Change and reorganisation initiative
• Consulting to BG Group on a global Supply Chain Improvement programme
• Consulting to a Global Semiconductor company on Major Change and Business Improvement
