Mike Bray
I am a seasoned therapist, group facilitator, trainer and organisational consultant, having worked with human resources for
many years. I have experience in both the private and public sectors, working with global companies, the NHS, the Probation
Service, the Lord Chancellors Office and the Home Office.
I have worked extensively with individuals, teams and
organisations in the rigorous analysis of strategic needs. I have considerable practice in designing, developing and
implementing programmes to meet training needs.

function more efficiently within their unique environment
