Roger Winter

I am an experienced Consultant who came to consultancy after careers in Social Work and NHS Management. I have managed both Health and Social Work services and was an Executive team member of two NHS Trusts. I have extensive experience of Mental Health services as both a clinician/practitioner and a manager.

I have managed services through major changes, including managing two hospitals through periods leading to their closure and the development of new services in response to the National Service Framework. I have also developed effective partnerships between Health and Social Care organisations.

I am an Economics graduate with postgraduate qualifications in Social Work, Social Research, Groupwork, and Management. I trained in consultancy and the management of change and recently gained my MBA.

I have undertaken a wide range of roles including: Facilitation and Team Development; Strategy Development; Preparing Business Cases; Best Value Review; Coaching/Mentoring; Interim Management; Service Planning and Reviews and Project Management. My clients have included: Local Authorities; NHS Trusts; PCTs; and Strategic Health Authorities.
