I have worked as a Management and Organisational Development Consultant, Trainer and Executive Coach since 1994. Prior to this I was Managing Director of a hospitality services company, where I used coaching models to achieve dramatic business turn- around, sustain growth and performance, and lower levels of staff churn.

have worked with senior executives throughout the UK , continental Europe and South East Asia . My methodology is non-directive, facilitative, challenging and wholly client centred, with a particular focus on business performance enhancement.

At a strategic level I have aligned coaching to organisational development processes and corporate values interventions by supporting key stakeholders who are leading significant change programmes.
