Jack Telfer

I am an experienced Human Resources professional whose experience encompasses a wide range of improvement programmes including people development, compensation and benefits, employee communication and acquisition planning in the UK and North America .

Having graduated in Economics my career developed through blue chip organisations including Philips Electronics, Hawker Siddeley and Thorn EMI. I was Human Resources Director for the FTSE 250 company, Ultra Electronics, for ten years. My background includes both corporate and operating company experience up to and including main board level.

I specialise in improving personal and organisational performance through:

• Executive Coaching
• The planning of cultural and HR aspects of acquisitions to achieve successful integration
• Team facilitation and effectiveness
• Effective Employee communication programmes including Employee Surveys and Focus Groups
• Working with management teams on organisational development programmes arising from Employee Survey findings or change initiatives.
• I am based in South Bucks and am married with two children. I am a keen guitarist and songwriter with a particular interest in contemporary worship.
