Malcolm Stern
After spending ten years managing a Central London estate agency, I trained in Humanistic Psychology and have worked with
individuals and groups since 1979. I specialise in group process, inter-personal relationships and conflict resolution. I am a
seasoned workshop and seminar leader and run groups throughout Europe .
I am currently a psychotherapist within
the NHS where I also teach conflict management skills for NVQ training. I regularly facilitate groups within the NHS, Public
Bodies and Industry.
In the last year, I have worked at board level with Ultra Electronics, Ordnance Survey, South
West Water and a number of Health Authorities. I am a regular lecturer at Surrey Universityıs Facilitator Styles degree course.
I have developed a one year training course in conflict resolution, communication skills and group dynamics, which
has been successfully running for the last decade.
My particular interests lie in: - Large group
facilitation
- Finding the "win-win" solution where conflict exists in organisations
- Empowering team
development and maximising potential
- Executive and management coaching
- Negotiation skills training
