Marea O'Sullivan
My consulting work focuses on the development of learning solutions for European clients in Leadership Development,
Change and Organizational Development.
I bring to OPDC over ten years experience of management,
organisational and personal development in: IT, Retail, Telco, Public Sector, Hospitality, Property and Financial
Services.
I worked as an internal Consultant with extensive line management responsibilities and as
an external Consultant. As Organisational Development Director, aligning organisational structure and activities to
a challenging new business model, I instigated and managed change programmes and designed work systems to allow
people to be responsive to change and lay the foundations for continuous improvement.
I played a key
role in a major Benchmarking project, as part of the Deputy Prime Minister's White Paper on Competitiveness;
assessing skills and training in hotel groups across Europe and evaluating the links between training, skills and
business performance.
I apply my Interpersonal Communication expertise in coaching and development on
influencing, internal negotiation and cross-cultural communication.
Recent clients include: Airbus,
PWC, LogicaCMG, Hewlett Packard, Sterling Commerce, RBS, Telefonica, Orange and Ultra Electronics.
